What are the required details to initiate the integration at the Traveloka end?

The process is as follows:
  1. Submit the Form
  2. Our technical teams will contact you to provide the NDA and agreement
  3. Signing the NDA
  4. Our tech team will provide you with credentials, a test hotel, and test cases
  5. Complete development on your end
  6. The certification process and our tech team will assist you
  7. Once certification is completed and a legal agreement is signed, we will provide you with production credentials
  8. Pilot test
  9. Go Live

When does the provider receive staging credentials?

Once registration is complete and the NDA is signed

When does the provider receive production credentials?

How does the provider get test hotels and test cases?

Please ask/email to tera-cm@traveloka.com to get test hotels and test cases. We'll provide them once you start the development

Do we have access to the Traveloka extranet?

No, but if you have any questions related to the extranet, you can ask our Ops team via email or group chat

What is the Testing Flow?

There are two phases of testing in each environment:
  1. Firstly, test the ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) capability
  2. Followed by reservation test

Do we need to provide a pilot test after certification?

Yes, it can be used either a test hotel or a real hotel.

Does Traveloka support inventory at the room level or rate plan level?

We support both options. Details are available in the API documentation.

Does Traveloka support restrictions at the rate plan level?

We only support restrictions on the rate plan level.

Does Traveloka support price with a decimal value?

Yes, depending on the currency that the hotel uses. If the hotel uses a decimal currency, we only support up to 2 decimal values.

Does Traveloka support net rate and sell rate in the reservation request?

Yes, it depends on the hotel configuration in our extranet.

Can Traveloka receive net rate and sell rate?

Yes, you can contact our market manager for setting it up on our extranet.

Does Traveloka support child rate?

Yes.

What is the difference between Min LOS and Min Night for Stay-Through?

  • Min LOS (Minimum Length of Stay): Applies only on the arrival date. For example, a restriction on Friday means only bookings checking in on Friday must meet the minimum stay.
  • Min Night for Stay-Through: Applies on the stay period (i.e., every night of the stay). If a booking includes a night with this restriction, the minimum stay rule applies to the entire booking.

What are Room-based and Occupancy-based Pricing?

  • Room-based Pricing (RBP): The rate is set for the room regardless of the number of occupants (up to a standard or maximum limit).
  • Occupancy-based Pricing (OBP): The rate varies depending on the number of guests staying in the room (e.g., a different price for 1 person vs. 2 people).

Can a booking have multiple room types?

No.

Does Traveloka support hotel collection payments?

Yes, the details are in the API documentation, or you can ask tera-cm@traveloka.com.

What is the available payment for the hotel?

Direct Bill and VCC (Virtual Credit Card).
